All Sales Are Final on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and made available for download, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Why We Have This Policy
Our products are delivered as instant digital downloads (PDF, DOCX, ZIP, or Canva links). Because digital files cannot be "returned" once accessed, we are unable to process refunds after delivery.
Exceptions
We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You were charged twice for the same order
- The wrong file was delivered

Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal or business licence as specified on the product page. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of files is strictly prohibited.
