We built Skyway around a simple observation: most people applying for cabin crew roles aren't struggling because they'd be bad at the job. They're struggling because nobody ever taught them how airline recruitment actually works — what recruiters are really looking for, how assessment days are scored, or what makes a CV stand out in a pile of hundreds.

That's the gap we fill. Our Cabin Crew Foundation Course, career guides, and airline-specific prep packs are built to give you the same insight and preparation that well-connected candidates already have — clear, practical, and focused entirely on helping you get hired.

What we believe
