Why Skyway exists
Most people applying for cabin crew roles aren't held back by ability. They're held back because nobody has explained how recruitment really works: what recruiters look for, how assessment days are run, and what makes an application stand out among hundreds. Skyway was created to close that gap.
What we offer
- Cabin Crew Foundation Course: a self-paced, seven-module course covering the role, recruitment, assessment days, grooming, customer service, safety and confidence. It comes in Standard, Premium and Ultimate tiers.
- Career guides and templates: an interview question bank, a CV and cover letter template, and a grooming and uniform standards checklist.
- Airline-specific preparation: an Emirates interview prep pack, with more airlines planned.
- Wider aviation careers: guides for ground crew and airport customer service roles, and for aviation English and communication skills.
Who is behind Skyway
Skyway by JJ was founded by JJ, a cabin crew professional who built these resources to give candidates the preparation that well-connected applicants already have. Skyway is part of Lavender Digital Ventures Ltd.
What we believe

What we are not
Skyway is independent. We're not affiliated with or accredited by any airline, and we can't guarantee a job offer. Airlines make their own hiring decisions and provide their own mandatory training after hiring.
