About our products

What does Skyway by JJ sell?

We sell digital career resources for people preparing to apply for cabin crew and airport roles: a Foundation Course workbook, interview and CV tools, a grooming checklist, airline-specific preparation and guides to wider aviation careers.

Are your products physical or digital?

All products are digital downloads. Nothing is posted.

What is the Foundation Course?

It is a self-paced course workbook with seven modules covering the role, recruitment, assessment days, grooming, customer service, safety and confidence. Each module has a reflection exercise and a knowledge check, and the workbook ends with a certificate of completion you can print and fill in. See the Training Hub for details.

What is the difference between Standard, Premium and Ultimate?

Standard is the course workbook. Premium adds the Cabin Crew Career Kit: the Interview Question Bank, the CV & Cover Letter Template and the Grooming & Uniform Standards Checklist. Ultimate adds a personalised review of your CV and cover letter and an airline-specific interview prep pack.

Using your downloads

Can I share or resell my download?

No. Our products are for personal use only. Please read our Digital Download Licence.

Can I print my download?

Yes, you may print it for personal use.

I have a problem with my download. What should I do?

Can I get a refund?

Digital products are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Please read the product description carefully before you buy. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

About airline recruitment

Are you connected to any airline?

No. Skyway by JJ is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or accredited by any airline.

Will your products get me a job?

No product can guarantee a job offer. Our resources help you prepare, but airlines make their own hiring decisions.

Are the requirements the same for every airline?

No. Age, height or reach, education, language and other requirements differ between airlines and change over time. Always check your target airline’s current recruitment information.

Does the course replace airline safety training?

No. It is career preparation only. Airlines provide their own mandatory safety and emergency procedures training after you are hired.
