Is this course accredited by an airline?

No. Our Foundation Course is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by any specific airline. It's independent training designed to prepare you for the recruitment process — application, interview, and assessment day — used across the industry. Every airline runs its own official training after you're hired, which is separate from anything we offer.

Will this guarantee me a job as cabin crew?

No course or guide can guarantee a job — airlines make their own hiring decisions based on many factors, including requirements outside anyone's control (such as height/reach and right to work). What we can do is make sure you go into the process fully prepared and avoid the most common, avoidable mistakes.

What's the difference between the Standard, Premium, and Ultimate course tiers?

  • Standard (£99) — the self-paced Foundation Course, workbooks, and certificate of completion.
  • Premium (£139) — everything in Standard, plus our Cabin Crew Career Kit (interview questions, CV template, and grooming checklist).
  • Ultimate (£189) — everything in Premium, plus a personal review of your CV and cover letter, and your choice of one airline-specific interview prep pack.

How do I get my CV reviewed on the Ultimate tier?

After purchasing Ultimate, reply to your order confirmation email with your CV and cover letter attached. We'll send back written feedback directly.

Are the digital guides instant downloads?

Yes. All guides, templates, and checklists are delivered digitally and are available right after purchase — there's nothing physical shipped.

Do I need any qualifications before I start?

No formal qualifications are required to begin the course. Most airlines look for a minimum secondary school education (GCSE-level or equivalent) and fluent English, but the course itself is designed for complete beginners as well as career changers.

Which airlines does the interview prep pack cover?

We currently offer a prep pack for Emirates, with more airline-specific packs planned. If there's a specific airline you'd like us to cover, get in touch — we prioritise based on demand.

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we're unable to offer refunds once a course or guide has been accessed or downloaded. If something isn't working as expected, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
